The starting point noted is off the Sunrise Hwy.  I&#8217;ve ridden my eMTB to the base of the mountain, taken other routes and did an overland in with Ted, W6TED.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hike is a class 2 bushwhack on a use trail on what might have been part of a fire break, so don&#8217;t wear shorts.  It can be very hot in the summit so I suggest fall, winter, or spring.  You won&#8217;t see anyone else out here.
