This is another good summit to hit off the Angeles Crest Highway.  I've started from a couple of places but the lat/lon in the summit info is the start of the Little Jimmy Road which will take you to the PCT then Mount Islip Trail.  Great views and awesome VHF into LA.
Check to that the road is open before you leave.
