This is pretty much a driveup.  The gate to the tower area was open and there are no signs saying you can't drive up.  There was some tower workers up there and other maintenance people and nobody said anything. 

The green area next to Ridge Park Road is in the AZ acdording to SOTAGoat if you can't drive to the top or don't want to walk the 100 yds.

Where we were we didn't feel like running HF and it's a VHF easy activation.
