From the Tanglewood Group Campground, took the main road (3N16), turning onto Delmar Mountain Road at 34.30965, -116.92738 then driving 1.8 mi to the trailheaad. It was then a steep 0.5 mi hike to the summit, which was then forested and quite nice.
