This is the highest summit in San Diego County.
You'll need to enter the Los Coyotes Reservation Campground. You will need to pay a small fee at the gate then go in. Lots of parking. Trail is well established.
The summit has some really nice views off it, RF quiet, and a big AZ. VHF is tough from here.
If you hit this one in the fall, you might get into a bit of snow.
I've done this hike many times. You might notice K6ARK, who took me there the first time, I've also gone with Jacob-W6RWS, and Bill-K1CT. It's a workout for sure.
