This is a drive-up if you have a really good 4X4 with lockers or an "Almost Drive-up" if you have an AWD like my Subaru Outback putting you within .5 miles of the summit. I don't think you need AWD but you will probably need clearance (road conditions always change up here).
If you couldn't complete the drive-up like me it's a simple hike up the established but very steep road.
There are a couple of different ways to get up here but unless you have a motocross bike, take the published road off of Cuddy Valley Road (see starting point lat/lon).
The turn off of Cuddy Valley Road is within .5 miles from the turn off to Lockwood Valley Road that takes you to W6/CC-003 (Frazier Mountain), a good one to double this with.
