We stopped by the Reservation admin building which I think is located at:

The people that work there are very nice and I think we paid $40 for each person and it comes with a key for the gate.
As of 1/29/2026, N6JFD reports that the offices are open Monday through Thursday. I suggest you call their office to verify prior to venturing out there. (Their Website)
This driveup is an OK dirt road that takes you all the way to the top. The last two times the admin office gave us a key for the gate. The second trip the key didn't work but the walk from the gate is like 300 yards to the AZ at most.
It can be very cold at times so check before you go. I think it's probably snowed in during the winter.
