Friday, July 18, 2025. From the turn-off at Sherman Pass Road, we drove about 2.5 miles up a dirt road, then parked at 36.03224, -118.35432. There were some large dips in the road, so we were glad to have a high-clearance vehicle. We then followed the SOTA Goat app to the summit, about 0.7 mi hike. We had (4) 2m/FM contacts including Bill K1CT into San Diego, then (9) CW contacts on 20m and 40m. We enjoyed the short hike and summit.
